Quincy was previously an executive at Columbia Records/Sony Music Entertainment where she directly managed the brand development and creation of marketing strategies for a portfolio of global brands, including: Beyoncé, Destiny’s Child, John Legend, Cadillac Records Soundtrack, Music From The Motion Picture Dreamgirls and Wyclef Jean.
Quincy’s track record of success includes: Launching five #1 products within 3 years; #1 product grossing over 6M units, 15M digital singles, 5M ringtones and a record-breaking 6 Grammy Awards by a female in a single year (Beyoncé/I AM…SASHA FIERCE); Strategic campaigns with Starbucks and ABC; #1 soundtrack grossing 2M units (Music From The Motion Picture Dreamgirls); Co-branding for global and/or national campaigns with corporations such as: COTY, Vizio, Verizon, Starbucks, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Samsung, WALMART, House of Dereon, JCPenney, L’Oreal, iTunes, Target, HDNet, MySpace, MTV, ABC TV, and Bloomingdales.
Quincy continues to manage broader consulting and marketing initiatives for her clients, in addition to, and as a complement to her executive recruitment work.
Ms. Jackson is an active member of PromaxBDA, NAMIC, Council of Urban Professionals and has served several consecutive years as a judge for Effie Worldwide and supports children as a sponsor for Children International.
Quincy received her B.S. from Southern Connecticut State University, where she participated in INROADS, a national organization committed to increasing gifted ethnically diverse employees in corporate management in the U.S., and served as Vice President of the prestigious Business Honor Society. In addition, she has received several certifications from The Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School in Cambridge, MA.
