Urja Kohli

Urja is an Associate at Rosenzweig & Company. She works with the team on industry and candidate research, as well as on candidate and client management.

Prior to joining Rosenzweig & Company, Urja completed a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Legal Studies and Business from the University of Waterloo. During her last year of university, Urja worked at VueReal – a Waterloo-based startup, focused on nano-technology development and printing. As a member of the Intellectual Property team, she assisted in the management of copyright portfolios of critical technology and implemented creative systems for data and patent management to enhance efficiency. During her undergraduate career, she also completed co-op placements with Service Canada, Blake, Cassels & Graydon, and the Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs department at the University of Waterloo.

In her spare time, Urja enjoys working out, creative writing, spending time with family and friends, and thrifting. She is passionate about the environment and the future of sustainability, existential philosophy, and fashion.
