Preet Dhindsa is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Director with 25+ years of professional experience primarily in energy, financial services, and gaming & lottery industries, and M&A advisory roles with Big 4 global firms. Key positions over the past 15 years required significant regulatory acumen, Board & Stakeholder interaction, executive leadership and talent development.

Preet currently holds the role of SVP & Chief Financial Officer at Enerflex Ltd., which is a publicly listed global supplier of products and services to the power generation and natural gas production industry, based in Calgary, Alberta. Preet leads finance teams based in North America, Latin America, and Eastern Hemisphere regions.

Previously Preet held the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at ENMAX Corporation, accountable for finance and information technology across operations throughout Alberta and Maine, USA. Previously, Preet held the role of SVP & CFO, Global Banking & Markets (GBM) at Scotiabank, leading finance teams and managing critical regulatory relationships in Canada, the USA, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to Scotiabank, Preet held the position of EVP, CAO & CFO at the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation (OLG). At OLG, Preet was accountable for finance, ERM, HR, IT and corporate administration during OLG’s modernization phase. OLG is the largest ($7B revenue – 15,000 employees) provincial government agency, with the Province of Ontario as its sole Shareholder, operating in the heavily regulated and complex casino gaming & lottery industry.

In addition, Preet held M&A post-merger integration advisory leadership roles with Ernst & Young LLP, and several executive positions at INVESCO - a publicly traded global asset management firm, leading national sales, human resources and finance.

Preet holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Statistics from Western University and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition, Preet obtained a Chartered Director designation from The Directors College - a joint venture of McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada.

Preet is currently a member of the Departmental Audit Committee of Transport Canada and an Advisory Board member of Rosenzweig & Company executive search. Preet also recently served on ENMAX's Maine, USA-based transmission and distribution business Board, Versant Power.
