LOUISA WONG

Louisa Wong, Strategic Partner to Rosenzweig & Company, and Executive Chairman of Global Sage, is based in Beijing and Hong Kong.

Previously, Louisa was an Executive Chairman of BoLe Associates, which she founded in 1996 and built to be China’s and Asia’s largest recruitment firm with over 550 consultants.

With over 25 years of executive search experience, Louisa is one of the industry’s most respected professionals. She has led and executed mandates in Asia and globally with a specialization in CEO and Governance assignments.

Prior to founding BoLe Associates, Louisa was a long-time Partner at Russell Reynolds and was previously with J.P. Morgan.

Louisa has been based in both New York and Asia for the majority of her professional and academic career. Louisa holds a BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
