Camille Boothe

Camille Boothe is a Global HR & Operations leader with 20+ years’ experience providing strategic guidance in complex organizations and environments and leading Global teams to include the Americas and APAC.

She has demonstrated success linking Talent to Strategy and partnering with C-suite executives on high priority initiatives in support of growth, integration and transformation. As a recognized change agent who possesses a deep understanding of business and Human Capital Management, Camille has effectively lead companies and teams through many stages of their evolution while delivering consistent results.

Some of her notable accomplishments include being a part of the Leadership team that took Lululemon public in 2007, leading the Global Ecommerce HR Operations for Ralph Lauren’s Supply Chain during a key period of growth, and most recently defining the Human Capital (including DE&I) strategy and infrastructure elements for The SpringHill Company (TSHC), the Media and Entertainment empire created by Maverick Carter and LeBron James. Under Camille’s People leadership, TSHC was voted the “Most Innovative Media company in the world “ and the “5th Most Innovative company in the world” overall by Fast Company in 2021. TSHC has also been recognized for being one of the most diverse companies in Media with almost 70% POC, 41% women, with diversity and women at all levels within the organization.

Outside of her professional pursuits, as a mother of 2 young boys, juggling play dates and basketball practices, she also spends countless hours supporting at-risk youth and the homeless as an active Hav A Sole Board Member. Camille also serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Chair for Lunada Bay’s PTA Executive Board, as well as a DE&I Council member for the NHRA for Los Angeles.

Camille graduated on the Dean’s Honor list and holds a Business Communication and Busines Management degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
