Andre Serero

Andre Serero is a Partner with Rosenzweig & Company. He is an accomplished senior executive with extensive business experience.

Prior to joining Rosenzweig & Company, Andre was Executive Vice President at Bell Media Inc., where he was responsible for Bell Media’s local conventional television stations; engineering, operations and IT group; human resources; business and legal affairs; corporate services and corporate security.

Before that, Andre was Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of CTV globemedia Inc., responsible for all business and legal affairs pertaining to CTV globemedia and its subsidiaries, all deal-making and M&A activities, as well as the provision of strategic counsel to the CEO and senior executive team.

Prior to joining CTV, Andre was Vice President, Law & Corporate Secretary of Bell Canada International Inc., where he was a lead negotiator in the establishment and operation of international joint ventures, principally in Asia and Latin America, for BCE’s international expansion vehicle.

Andre is an Executive in Residence with York University’s Schulich Executive Education Centre and teaches at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University. He is on the Board of Directors of the Youthdale Foundation.

Andre was awarded the Canadian General Counsel Award in the Deal Making Category and was voted Corporate Counsel Newsmaker of the Year, by Canadian Lawyer In House Magazine.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B., 1987) and Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L., 1987) from McGill University. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
