Andrea Elliot

Andrea is a Strategic Partner at Rosenzweig & Company. She is considered a transformative and thought provoking leader with more than 20 years of retail executive experience with best in class corporations.

Andrea manages her own consulting business supporting international and domestic retailers driving strategic growth and improving profitability metrics. Prior to R2 – Retail Resources she managed PVH Canada Retail, successfully launching four retail divisions into Canada. Before PVH, Andrea’s independent consulting practice supported retailers on brand expansion into Canada. Andrea also worked at Karabus Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of PwC, for over seven years as the COO and EVP, driving the firm's largest practice, Performance Improvement. Prior to Karabus, as the Director of Canada Operations, she led the introduction of Williams-Sonoma Inc. brands into Canada, which included Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids. Previously, she was a senior executive at Gap Inc. in San Francisco.

Andrea has extensive experience in SG&A reviews, profit improvement initiatives for all retail functions. Andrea has worked to complete merchandising & marketing reviews, organizational design efforts, store operations efficiency projects, strategic and board facilitation, brand expansion plans, performance management & metric development in all areas.

Andrea is a results and client focused professional. With a background of proven success in driving domestic and international retail businesses, she brings clients an entrepreneurial mix of vision, analytical and implementation skills, whether in a field or head office environment. She has worked with the executive teams at Uniqlo – Fast Retailing, J.Crew, Neiman Marcus, Canadian Tire Corporation, Gap Inc., Williams Sonoma Inc., Crate & Barrel, Ann Inc., Calvin Klein, Shop.ca, American Eagle, Aerie, Longo’s, Hudson’s Bay and many more.
